Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Stiko mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by devbymeco ("we", "us", "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By downloading, installing, or using Stiko, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Stiko provides tools to detect, crop, format, and export custom stickers and animated sticker packs to WhatsApp. Media processing is performed locally on your device in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Third-Party Trademarks & Disclaimer

Stiko is an independent product developed solely by devbymeco. Stiko is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with:

• WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
• TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

The names "WhatsApp" and "TikTok", as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images, are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention in the App and website is solely for descriptive and compatibility identification purposes.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Rights

When using Stiko, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the images, screenshots, videos, and media you import, crop, convert, or export using the App.
• You must own or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights to use, adapt, and distribute the content you convert into stickers.
• You agree not to create or export sticker packs containing illegal material, hate speech, defamation, harassment, infringement of intellectual property rights, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM / CSAE).
• You agree to comply with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when exporting and sending stickers through WhatsApp.

4. Intellectual Property of the App

The Stiko application, its original codebase, user interface, layout, algorithms, icons, and branding are and remain the exclusive property of devbymeco and its licensors. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App software without prior written authorization.

5. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Ads

Stiko may offer optional premium features, subscription tiers, or display contextual advertisements:

• All billing, subscriptions, and in-app transactions are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are governed by their respective store terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund requests must be directed to the corresponding app store in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stiko is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

devbymeco does not guarantee that third-party applications (such as WhatsApp or TikTok) will not change their file formats, system requirements, or APIs in a manner that affects sticker export functionality. In no event shall devbymeco be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Service without prior notice for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, third parties, or our technical infrastructure.

You may stop using the App and remove your data at any time by uninstalling the App or submitting a request through our Account & Data Deletion Portal.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Stiko following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
